Booking terms & conditions

Lessons include the cost of instruction only.  Lift passes, ski and boot hire or off piste safety equipment is not included.

Full payment is normally required at time of booking.  Due to the Covid pandemic, this has been amended on a temporary basis for winter 2020 / 2021 and no payment is required until November 2020.
An off piste lesson may require off piste safety equipment.  This is not provided within the price of the lesson and can be hired by you from a local ski shop at an additional cost.

Should the instructor decide that a slope or route cannot be skied for safety reasons then no refund will be given.

Any lesson missed through injury or illness will be rescheduled whenever possible or a letter will be provided for your insurance company.

Lessons will not be cancelled or rescheduled due to bad weather unless the entire lift system is stopped and a lesson is not possible.  In this instance, the lesson will be rescheduled whenever possible.  If rescheduling is not possible then we will provide you with a letter for your insurance company to explain why the lesson was unable to take place.  No refund will be given.

Full skiing insurance including for off piste is highly recommended.  AIM ski school is not responsible for any injury, loss or accident that should occur during the lesson.

If the lesson is cancelled in advance, a refund will be offered as follows:  upto 28 days before the date of the lesson will receive a 50% refund.  For under 28 days before the booking no refund will be offered.  A temporary exception has been made to this policy for Winter 2020 / 2021 due to the Covid pandemic.  A full refund (minus card transaction costs of approximately 2%) will be offered for any lessons paid for that are cancelled due to either Les Arcs resort closure or the inability of the client to travel due to government restrictions.
